You can change the lives of women around the world

Women and girls around the world face gender discrimination, inequality and poverty. Join thousands of Australians by fundraising or donating to support Women for the World.
You can help provide education, develop livelihoods and improve healthcare and protection for some of the most vulnerable women and girls in marginalised communities.

Support Aloma

After Aloma’s home was destroyed by a typhoon, she was determined to help her family and community rebuild from the disaster.

Aloma joined a program supported by Caritas Australia and its local partner organisation, Socio Pastoral Action Center Foundation Inc. (SPACFI). Through this program, she gained a range of skills, including bookkeeping, logistics management, first aid training and disaster risk reduction knowledge.

Today, Aloma is a leader in her community, using her new skills to help her community better withstand recurring extreme weather events.

Your donation today can help to change the lives of women in the most marginalised communities in the world.

  • Entrepreneurship and business management training
  • Disaster Risk Reduction training
  • Bookkeeping and financial literacy classes
